Sims, presents an unbridled look at the challenges facing education in America. The facts are scary but there is a clear solution. This presentation is not only designed to define and draw attention to the problems in education today, but also to identify workable solutions and to motivate the audience to get involved to make it happen. Personally signed copies of the book, "When the Student is Ready, the Teacher Will Appear" will be available to purchase at the end of the presentation. The audience will have an opportunity to meet the author and ask questions.
Target Audience
Parents, Teachers and Students. But that's not all, we encourage all members of the community to attend this program. In order to best meet the core objective of providing the best education possible for our children, we need the involvement of all members of the community. Merchants, elected officials, community leaders and other who have an interest in the school and surrounding community should be invited and encouraged to attend this program.
Fund Raising
SAF will donate $5.00 for each book sold. PTSA purchases books at discount. Minimum order 10, thereafter multiples of 5.
